YocaleLabs is a marketing platform for salons, clinics, studios and other appointment-based businesses. Each business connects its own WhatsApp Business account, sends campaigns to customers who have agreed to be contacted, and answers replies from a shared inbox.
Businesses using YocaleLabs may only message people who have opted in. Every contact enters through a channel that records consent — a click-to-chat link, a QR code, a booking form, or an import the business confirms it has permission to use — and we store the timestamp, the source and the exact wording shown at sign-up. Replying STOP, PARAR, BAJA or CANCELAR removes a contact from every future campaign immediately and sends a confirmation; a business cannot override an opt-out. Contacts and conversations belong to the business that collected them and are never pooled across businesses.
